	Ranking - Rankings are a privilege, not a right, and may be increased or decreased and may be based on experience, fitness, etc. If you are interested in obtaining a ranking or have recently requested ranking, there are a few simple steps you need to take. 1. You need to have refereeed a minimum of 50 games within North Chapter. 2. You need to provide us with a North Chapter game count, ages, etc. 3. You need to send the board two assignors contact info that you have worked for. 4. Submit a small write up with this information and your future path as a referee to any board member. Mentoring: All mentoring will be done locally by the individuals clubs unless the following apply: 1. You are on an upgrade path. 2. You have been selected by an assignor to be considered for Young Referee of the Year. To obtain a mentor, please contact a board member in writing about your future plans.
