About NCSRA

The North Chapter Soccer Referees Association was created in 1981 and incorporated in 1998 for organizational and educational purposes. Membership in North Chapter is limited to registered USSF (United States Soccer Federation), WOA (WA Officials Assoc.), and NISOA (National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Assoc.) soccer officials.

The North Chapter Soccer Referees Association's primary goal is to improve and enhance the quality of soccer officiating by providing training and educational programs, mutual support and encouragement, licensing assistance and opportunities for obtaining game assignments.

NCRefs provide quality services to a variety of leagues:
