BOTTOMLINE - The State Director of Instruction (Wally Beaumont) serves as the principal source within the State for interpretations on the Laws of the Game.

Certified Instructors are responsible to maintain and disseminate current knowledge of the Laws of the Game, changes and USSF interpretation (NOT PERSONAL OPINION).

However, the internet does provide the opportunity to interact with other referees to discuss game situations and law applications that occur in a variety of matches. All answers must be taken with a grain of salt and applied CORRECTLY according to the local league rule modifications.
